Our Virtual Training program offers four different formats to challenge your fitness! Strong30, Zone30, Power30 and Foundation30. Our virtual platform also includes:

If you are looking to stay committed to your exercise, and need the accountability and guidance of a Fitness Professional, this is the perfect option for you.

Our Personal Training services are an opportunity to work with a trainer in a 1:1 or 1:2 setting. We analyze your exercise history, the results of your assessments, and the timeline you want to reach your goals. We then provide:

  • Specific, individualized programming

  • A timeline to reassess and track progress

  • A way to hold you accountable to exercise

Through these specific principles, we promote successful clients who see results.

TRAINING

GROUP

Our Group Training program is a great opportunity to work towards your own fitness goals alongside other committed members. To make you successful, we offer:

  • 40 different class times from Sunday to Saturday

  • An effective program that can be tailored to your needs

  • Heart rate training technology to keep you accountable

TRACK USING

Each member who utilizes our technology, will get their own personal account. This account is known as your 'Member Portal'. The Member Portal gives you access to:

  • Performance summaries of each workout completed

  • Trending data of each assessment and measurement

  • Direct communication to their Trainer

  • Notes and videos of proper form from their Trainer

Through these different features, we are able to cover all our bases to bring you the best fitness experience!
