Our heart rate training software is the most personalized platform when it comes to exercise.
Watch as you burn calories and earn reward points in the studio. We track it all through our live heart rate feed during your training session.
We train in five heart rate zones and focus specifically on Zone 3,4, and 5. Our goal is to give you the best caloric burn during the workout and after!
