Membership Options

Our group sessions focus on a total body strength and conditioning workout. Enjoy a high-energy atmosphere as our Trainer leads the session over the mic. WE also limited the capacity in our group training room to ensure you get the personalized attention you need.

  • Unlimited: 5+ sessions a week

  • 3x a week: 12 sessions a month

  • 2x a week: 8 sessions a month

  • 1x a week: 4 sessions a month
